SUN St.Kitts & Nevis: "Captains have spoken out against the recent initiative by the Maritime Affairs where, come next Friday, they would have to record the names of all passengers who embark and disembark from their vessel between St. Kitts/Nevis.
This, as stated in a release, is a requirement of the Safety of Life at Sea Convention (SOLAS) and the Small Commercial Vessel Code (SCV) for the Caribbean.
