Antigua Sun: "A post-mortem examination conducted on the body of the late Agriculture Minister Charlesworth Theophilus Samuel has confirmed that the 69-year-old man died as a result of respiratory failure due to drowning.
The post-mortem examination was conducted on Wednesday by pathologist Dr. Lester Simon.
Samuel was found dead last Thursday at Shell Beach after he was missing for 36 hours, causing his parliamentary colleagues, the police, family, friends and well-wishers to conduct a frenzied nationwide search."
