Guyanese fisherman dies during pirate attack

Kaieteur News: "A Guyanese fisherman perished when he was crushed between two boats during a pirate attack early Sunday morning.
At about 08:30 hours yesterday, the Guyanese crew members of two fishing boats operating in the No.1 Caroni, Suriname, area were attacked by two men armed with a shotgun and a cutlass.
It was during the attack that Satrohan Jagdeep Persaud, 53, of Little India Squatting Area, Corriverton, fell overboard and was squeezed between two boats resulting in his death."
