JamaicaObserver.com: "LEIGHTON ‘Livity’ Coke, brother of former Tivoli Gardens don, Christopher 'Dudus' Coke must now return to court on August 27, to answer charges of shooting with intent and illegal possession of a firearm.
Appearing at the High Court Division of the Gun Court this morning Coke was remanded in custody until his next court date.
He is accused of firing upon security forces in Tivoli Gardens on May 23, during their operation to arrest his brother, who has since been extradited to the United States to face drug and gun trafficking charges.
