Irish Weather Online: "As Hurricane Katia performs a slingshot manoeuvre around Bermuda and away from the US East coast toward Ireland and Britain, a new tropical threat has emerged in the East Atlantic.
Tropical Depression Fourteen (14) is expected to track over the Leeward Islands late on Friday and over Puerto Rico and the Domincan Republic through Monday.
TD14, previously called System 95L, was located 800 miles west of Cape Verde Islands early on Wednesday having strengthened during Tuesday. Strong convection and thunderstorms were reported around the centre."
