Emergency personnel are questioning if event organizers take the safety of patrons who attend these events seriously. The Director of the National Emergency Management Organization says there are some cases where mandated safety and emergency requirements are breached by event organizers. Dawn French says organizers can be held liable if someone is injured at an event where safety and emergency arrangements were not made.
