Speaking to reporters prior to the start of the motorcade at about 11.40 am, Manning’s campaign manager Tina Gronlund-Nunez stated that Manning was “well aware” of the motorcade and pointed out that he was not only the area’s candidate but was also responsible for the PNM’s entire election campaign."
