Victim fearful to cooperate

Kaieteur News: "A source close to the investigation into the acid-throwing incident during which Guyana Cricket Board Executive, Pretipaul Jaigobin, was severely injured, has said that the probe remains at a standstill.
To date there has been no arrest in relation to the incident which has left Jaigobin nursing burns to most of his face and upper body.
This newspaper understands that from the statement taken so far, Jaigobin may have a clue as to who his attacker is, but is fearful of relating the information.
Hence there has been no arrest and no leads for the police to work on.
