NorthJersey.com"RIVER VALE – Just 26 minutes after allegedly striking and killing a pedestrian, police had John Dineen pulled over, miles away from the scene. Minutes after that he was in cuffs.
Dineen, 23, of Harrington Park, was coming from Jersey City, where police say he had been driving a 2009 Toyota Highlander that struck 33-year-old Germaine Forrester, killing him at State Highway 139 and Bevan Street.
