UPI.com: "MIAMI, Sept. 1 (UPI) -- Tropical Storm Fiona and its 60 mph winds were about 85 miles north of Barbuda in the eastern Caribbean at 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday, U.S. forecasters said.
The storm was headed northwest at 17 mph and was expected to remain on that course until a turn toward the north-northwest and a decrease in forward speed late Thursday, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said.
