Health ministry reports more than 1,000 suspected cases of dengue

The health ministry also said that there has been one confirmed death associated with dengue haemorrhagic fever, this as it steps up its mosquito control programme to contain the spread of the viral disease.
According to director of emergency, disaster management and special services at the ministry, Dr Marion Bullock DuCasse, 1,704 communities have been fogged since June.
