Second Buju co-defendant to testify against him

Too Bad (album)Image via Wikipedia JamaicaObserver.com: "JAMES Mack, the second co-defendant in the case against Reggae singer Buju Banton, today agreed to assist the United States Government in seeking a conviction against him.
Mack affixed his signature to a 17-page plea agreement between himself, his attorney, Mary Mills and United States District Attorney for the Middle District of Florida, Brian Albritton.
