Kaieteur News: "A 31-year-old man was gunned down in Broad Street around 20:00 hrs last night, just a few weeks after one of his close friends (some say brother) was executed in a similar manner in Cummings Lodge.
Mark Caesar, called ‘Lil Mark’, of Lot 81 St. Stephen’s Street and Ogle, East Coast Demerara, was riddled with bullets by three men in a white car while he was sitting on a fire hydrant in the vicinity of Broad and Adelaide Streets, Charlestown.
Police have received reports that Caesar was eating fried chicken when three men drove up, exited a white car and shot him in the head and other parts of the body.
He was killed almost instantly."
