Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday "Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday said Trinidad and Tobago’s (TT) two main telecommunications providers, government-owned Telecommunications Services of TT (TSTT) and private-owned Digicel were “commanded” to facilitate wiretapping of public and private citizens by the Security Intelligence Agency (SIA)."
