A decrease in the number of Dengue cases on the island has been reported.
The Bureau of Health is reporting a success in their extensive campaigning against the virus. The Bureau embarked on a number of campaigns after a rise was noted prior to the Tpassage of Tomas last year. The island unfortunately experienced one death- but is asked not to let it's guard down as the next rainy season approaches.
