Woman’s hand chopped off in cutlass attack

Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday "A CLAXTON Bay woman is now warded at the San Fernando General Hospital after her left hand was severed when a male relative attacked her with a cutlass during a dispute shortly after midnight on Saturday.

The mother of three, Charmine Ramdan, 39, of Hilltop Drive, Springvale, Claxton Bay, was up to late yesterday undergoing surgery on her hand. Two of Ramdan’s children were home at the time of the chopping attack. "
