Speaking to Sunday Newsday from her hospital bed at the San Fernando General Hospital (SFGH) yesterday, Dhanwatie Rampersad-Declou, 32, whose left leg was heavily bandaged from the knee, leaving only her toes visible, recalled the horrific incident in which a female pitbull, allegedly owned by a police officer, bit her on Thursday."
