Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday "THE Ministry of Health has proposed appointment of an independent panel to investigate the death of 19-year-old Shiraz Khan, who relatives claimed was diagnosed with dengue fever but was not treated as an emergency case at two health institutions. He died two days after allegedly testing positive for the virus.
