The Gov't Botswana GABORONE - Botswana and the Caribbean Island state of The Dominican Republic have formally established diplomatic relations through a joint declaration signed last Friday.
Foreign affairs and international cooperation minister Mompati Merafhe signed for Botswana while The Dominican Republic was represented by its foreign relations minister, Carlos Crontoso.
