Antigua Sun: "The Central Housing & Planning Authority, CHAPA, has joined the growing list of disgruntled statutory bodies whose employees are seeking to bring attention to their plight by resorting to industrial action.
This latest protest, which began yesterday, takes in the authority’s junior and administrative staff, along with fieldworkers, who staged a sick-out in protest of what they say are long-standing issues to include mediocre pay and unsatisfactory working conditions."
