Privy Council In Error: "In a decision handed down on Monday, the Privy Council ruled that it had been wrong in reaching an earlier decision in relation to an extradition matter originating out of The Bahamas.
The London-based court also said that one of the Bahamian men wanted by the United States on drug related charges had been wrongly imprisoned through the misunderstanding or misapplication of the law of the Court of Appeal and of the Privy Council itself."
