The bahama Journal: "Although some in the legal fraternity are blaming a shortage of members of the bench for a sluggish system of justice, other legal experts say lawyers are actually at fault. The clamour from some attorneys is for a realignment of the court system to weed out the inefficiencies. Central to their argument is a strenuous appeal for more judges. 'We could have trial dates a lot quicker if we had a full complement of judges,' said Wayne Munroe, president of the Bahamas Bar Association. "
