its about time the government TOOK CHARGE of this situation, there is far too much abuse of children in this world, i pity the parents that have to deal with the emotional after-effects of guilt and the childrens psychological needs. i wish the whole world would wake up and start to take more interest in the children we have now, because lest not forget... they will be the next GENERATION. stamp out abuse and stamp out poverty for all children the world will be a better place
