Inspector Ricardo Henson of the St. Maarten Police Department Monday told the SUN that they could not release the name of the victim as the matter was still under investigation. Yesterday, St. Maarten’s Daily Herald newspaper disclosed the name of the young man as Cutie Michael Vernon Hanley, 33, of McKnight, St. Kitts."
