SUN St.Kitts & Nevis: "Four weeks after the shooting death of Old Road resident Clyde Williams, Defence Force Officer Lewis Richards also of Old Road has been arrested and charged with the man’s murder. Williams was shot on the night of 3 Aug., while at his home village. A previous report carried in the SUN explained that eyewitnesses have said that Williams was shot by an off-duty defence officer. "
