Prime Minister Owen Arthur pointed an accusing finger at the sector during a live presentation on CBC TV 8 during which he addressed a number of issues. He spoke of evidence of price-gouging as previously disclosed by the Ministry of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, but did not support the introduction of a price control regime. "
