Guyana OnLine: "GUYANA Defence Force (GDF) soldier, Mark Fraser was last night found guilty on a majority verdict of 10 to 2 by a Demerara Assize jury for unlawfully killing his colleague, Oneal Rollins with an AK-47 weapon on October 26, 2002. The mixed jury took some four and a half hours to reach the majority verdict. During their deliberation they returned to trial judge, Winston Patterson for further directions relating to manslaughter, intent and accident."
