Advocate: "THE mother of all elections climaxes today when Barbadians choose a Government to manage their affairs for the next five years.
Following two weeks of intense campaigning, the doors of 259 polling stations will be thrown open from six this morning giving 235 475 registered voters 12 hours to mark their X in an historic 2008 General Election.
However, as they set out to do so in 30 constituencies across Barbados, voters were yesterday urged to abide by the rules, including not taking cellular phones or cameras into the voting booth."
