Trevor Armel Eastman told the Court of Appeal, which comprised acting Chief Justice, Frederick Waterman and Justices of Appeal, Peter Williams and John Connell: 'I snatched the Budget in 1979 because it was meant to put Barbados on a road which I knew wasn't good for Barbados.'"
