Tobago News, : "Newly appointed Acting ACP Tobago Fitzroy Frederick has vowed to partner with the Tobago House of Assembly to ensure that Tobagonians and visitors to the island are safe.
He said his immediate goals with respect to Tobago and the Police Service included the provision of professional policing services to all, greater management of manpower and material available, strengthening of the bond between communities throughout Tobago and the local police force and empowering communities to respond to situations appropriately by informing them of their rights as citizens of Trinidad and Tobago."
