Monster waves

Lifeguards at Maracas Bay yesterday reported seeing waves in excess of 25 feet coming towards the shallow bay of what is considered by many to be the most popular beach in Trinidad. Over in Tobago, waves in excess of 18 feet pounded the usually placid Store Bay, sending limers scurrying for higher ground. (SEE STORY ON THIS PAGE)"
