Joy for NHC tenants

An emotional Mary Brown, of Bagatelle Gardens, St James, was the first to get her letter of intent yesterday afternoon.
'I live here for longer than I can remember and
I feel so glad for this,' she told Minister of Housing and Lands Michael Lashley, who visited five other Government housing estates to deliver letters
to elated recipients."
