Antigua Sun: "Well-known herbalist and Burger Queen Manager Ken “Doc” Lords was rushed to the Holberton Hospital on Wednesday evening after he was shot at close range during a robbery at the Burger Queen Café on All Saints Road.
Lords, 63, reportedly received the bullet to his chest despite pleading with the perpetrators to leave his business place. The incident occurred at about 10:15 p.m.
According to police reports, Lords was at the establishment when two men, whose faces were partially covered by handkerchiefs and wearing hats entered and demanded cash. They were reportedly armed with a gun and a cutlass."
