SUN St.Kitts & Nevis: "Manager of the St. Kitts/Nevis Hotel and Tourism Association Michael Head described the recent shooting of a British couple honeymooning in Antigua as an isolated event in the sub-region and should not affect the Federation, adding that hotel security facilities in St. Kitts “work very well.”
Commenting on the incident, Head said, “Obviously, it sent a shock wave down every body when we heard of that disastrous event in Antigua. I am happy to say (however) it is an isolated incident (and) it should be treated as such.”"
