Sun St. Kitts&Nevis ST. JOHN, Antigua – Police in Antigua are seeking to assist Dominica police in identifying a man who was shot and killed in that country following a rape incident.
The Dominica police have not been able to identify the man and have sought the assistance of local authorities in this regard.
