Residents of Faux a Chaud awoke to a strong stench emanating from the decomposed body. Trevor “Flecky” Anderson discovered the corpse before 7AM on Monday morning. Anderson says he was going along his daily routine of jogging when he saw the lifeless body floating in the harbor.
