V.I. issues subpoenas to gas companies for pricing details

Virgin Islands Gov. John deJongh Jr.'s administration is taking action aimed at equalizing the cost of gas for St. Croix and St. Thomas.
Historically, gas prices on St. Croix have been about a dollar cheaper than on St. Thomas and remain so today
