Witness: I found marijuana by the river

The Trinidad Guardian A bearded Nazir Ali turned up in court yesterday and said quite emphatically that a man charged with trafficking 14 kilos of marijuana was innocent.

“That marijuana is mine...I found it by the river,” he said.
