PANDEMONIUM broke out at the funeral of murdered schoolboy Tony Jaggan, 14, yesterday when a close childhood friend wearing a red bandana (large handkerchief) walked up to the coffin and began screaming: “Tony, Tony, meh dog...Tony, get up! Tony, get up!”
The friend who was followed by about ten other youths who were similarly dressed, gathered around the coffin, causing the officiating Lay Minister Donovan Jardine to bring an immediate stop to his last hymn of the service, “How Great Thou Art”. Newsday
