SUN St.Kitts & Nevis: "St. Kitts/Nevis Minister of Sate with responsibility for public information, Nigel Carty has sought to distance himself from an e-mail allegedly making derogatory remarks about former Minister of National Security Dwyer Astaphan.
“Earlier today, I received an e-mail drawing to my attention another e-mail which purportedly had been sent out from my e-mail account, defaming the Hon. G. A. Dwyer Astaphan.
'My intention here is not to draw undue attention to the e-mail in question but I am simply unaware as to how many persons might have been recipients of the e-mail in question."
