Whitfield Joshua Jr., 22, is expected to appear before a magistrate today to answer to the charges.
If Joshua Jr. pleads not guilty to the charges, he will be remanded to Her Majesty’s Prison, as a magistrate has no jurisdiction to grant bail for offences of this nature. He can, however, attain bail in the High Court."
