St. Lucia leader calls for better crimefighting

Forbes.com: "CASTRIES, St. Lucia -- The prime minister of St. Lucia is worried that violent crime will hurt tourism, the lifeblood of the Caribbean island's economy.

In a Monday radio program, Prime Minister Stephenson King said that 'our crime rate is far too high and we must do something about it.' He adds that 'people who travel to our destination will be very fearful' unless police curb crime."
