JamaicaObserver.com: "Contractor General Greg Christie has charged that former transport and works junior minister Joseph Hibbert 'did in fact receive unauthorised, illicit and highly questionable payments' amounting to some £102,046.41 from British bridge-building firm Mabey and Johnson Limited, and 'was knowingly and willingly bribed by the company'.
The contractor general also said there was evidence that a total £7,987.37 was paid by the firm to several individuals on behalf of Hibbert."
