Trinidad and Tobago's Newsday "A CUNUPIA man was shot and killed during an alleged shootout with police on Sunday night.
According to a police report, at about 2.30 pm patrolling police officers spotted a vehicle that was reported stolen proceeding in the opposite direction to where they were going along Munroe Road. The report stated that the officers turned their vehicle around and followed a white Toyota Corolla which eventually pulled alongside a pink Nissan B 11. The report stated that the occupants in both vehicles on spotting the police opened fire on them, forcing them to return fire. Both vehicles then sped off."
