The former staff nurse at the hospital encountered the same frightening experience not once, but twice.
She fell while riding the elevators on August 19 and September 25, back in 2005.
As a result of the falls, Bryan is now battling a series of medical complications which resulted in her being retired medically unfit in 2007 after working in the health service for 27 years."
