JamaicaObserver.com: "Six of eight persons who were seen driving recklessly in a section of Kingston Friday night were arrested by the police after the cops found that they were not licensed to drive, neither were the cars they were driving insured.
Police, led by Acting Commissioner Owen Ellington, started chasing the cars on Half-Way-Tree Road near the intersection with Beechwood Avenue and eventually got them to stop on Trafalgar Road in New Kingston."
