Nation News "SOME BARTENDERS are aiding sexual predators by slipping date rape drugs into drinks of nightclub patrons, say police.
The Royal Barbados Police Force are aware of the practice and yesterday Detective Constable Antonio Marshall made a point of giving advance warning to 13-year-olds - who cannot legally enter nightclubs - about risks of accepting drinks from people they did not know and in leaving drinks unsupervised.
The third formers from the island's secondary schools were attending a seminar organised by the National Council on Substance Abuse in collaboration with the Emerging Global Leaders of Barbados."
