Foster, 25, of Wiltshire Avenue, Bayfield, St Philip, was back before Justice Randall Worrell in the No. 4 Supreme Court yesterday for sentencing after pleading guilty, earlier this year, to unlawfully killing Canadian Jewish visitor, 60-year-old Theresa Schwarzfeld on March 18, 2009.
He was originally charged with her murder but pleaded guilty to the lesser count.
Director of Public Prosecutions Charles Leacock, QC, prosecuted.
Justice Worrell told the killer the only good feature in his case was that he had pleaded guilty."
