Antigua Daily News "ST. JOHN’S, Antigua, CMC – A senior member of the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF) and two civilians have been charged with stealing money that was part of a Haiti relief campaign.
Police said that the three accused, including a captain with the ABDF, �will appear in court next week to answer the charge of stealing the money between March 1 and 25 this year."
