The Dominican.net:"General Manager of the Dominica Water and Sewerage Company (DOWASCO) Bernard Etinoffe has clarified the situation concerning the supply of water to St Lucia.
Last week, several news outlets including the Dominican.net reported that DOWASCO had started supplying water to the St Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association (SLHTA). Etinoffe however informed the Dominican.net today that contrary to the reports, no such shipments had started."
